Beans Fry

Ingredients:
• 250 g Beans (chopped)
• 1 cup grated Coconut
• 3 Red Chilies
• 1 tsp Black Gram
• A pinch of Asafoetida
• Salt (to taste)
• ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
• 1 tsp Oil
• Few Curry Leaves

How to make Beans Fry:

•Toss beans with salt and turmeric in a bowl.
•Transfer the beans into a pan filled with water and cook until tender. Drain the beans and keep aside.
•Heat oil in a pan and sauté red chilies, black gram, and asafoetida.
•Stir in beans and cook for around 2 minutes.
•Add coconut and curry leaves. Mix well.
•Serve hot.
